The majority of emails receive a response within 24 business hours (Mon-Fri), however please allow up to 48 business hours during peak seasons & sales.

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

Click on the tracking number link or enter the tracking number into our tracking page.

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 48 hours for the number to become active in our system. If you need further assistance with tracking the status of your order, please reach out to us at contact@lekwear.com. 

Once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes to the items in your order. If you see an error in your shipping address, please email us at contact@lekwear.com as quickly as possible. We will do our best to accommodate an edit to the shipping address before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee that we can make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. If your order is processed with the original address, the carrier may allow the recipient to request a change before the package is out for delivery. We encourage you to get in touch with them!

Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, you are more than welcome to place a new order or initiate an exchange here once you receive your order. Lek Wear offers free exchanges on most Moroccan purchases and free standard shipping on all orders within Morocco.

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached. Yes, we offer seamless exchanges for Moroccan customers. You can exchange your item for the same item in another size seamlessly, or exchange your product for a completely new item of your choice. For all customers outside of Morocco. We kindly ask that you place a new order for the item of your choice as we do not offer an exchange service for international customers at this time.

Please note that our discount codes are for one-time use only unless otherwise indicated and cannot be combined with any other sales or promotions.

If your order is canceled or returned, you are unable to use the code a second time.

Free shipping in Morocco

Enjoy fast & free shipping on all orders within Morocco. Orders typically leave our facility within 1 business day. Once your order leaves our facility it’ll be at your doorstep within 2-7 business days. 

Standard Shipping outside Morocco

We offer Standard shipping for international orders, shipping price will be calculated at the checkout based on your country shipping rate.

Express Shipping

We offer DHL one day express shipping for international shipping. domestic orders via UPS Next Day Air. Orders must be placed before 11 AM EST to leave our facility on the same business day, and will arrive by the next business day. Business days are Mon-Fri, not including weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 11 AM EST will leave our facility on the next business day, and will arrive to the customer on the following business day. Shipping price will be calculated at the checkout based on your country shipping rate.

Yes! We ship globally via DHL Express. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

We do not ship to Russia, Israel and Algeria at this time.

If a package is not delivered due to an address mistake, it will be returned to our facility. Once it arrives and is processed in our warehouse you will receive an email notification from us regarding your refund. You can then place a new order using the correct address.
